DORSET 20s AND 30s SOCIAL GROUP  VIP DISCLAIMER FOR ALL EVENTS

  

Everyone taking part in paid DSG activities/excursions and a one off paid membership to join DSG VIP does so at their own risk.

 

We do not employ qualified guides, leaders or first aiders at any of our events. The group organizer will take various measures to mitigate any risks and minimize them wherever possible. By paying for a one off DSG VIP membership, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety regardless of what the group, group organizer and group leader does. When attending group activities and events, you are an individual and are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

 

Myself Paul Hulbert and DSG VIP assume no responsibility for anyone attending any group event. The Group, group organizers, event organizers and event hosts will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or death occurring as a result of any group event or in connection with travel to such event, however caused.

 

We will use legitimate venues and companies who have public liability insurance and offer the upmost safety precautions and risk assessments.

 

When you pay a yearly one off membership cost and by paying to attend events, you indicate that you accept these conditions and accept that no legal liability is accepted by the group, group organizers, event organizers or event hosts in the event of accident, injury, or death, however caused.

 

Any Medical Conditions that may affect the participants during an event should be notified to the organiser prior to the start of the event.

 

While accepting no responsibility or liability, the event host may, at their discretion, not admit you to join the event if in their opinion you are ill-equipped for the terrain and weather conditions. Respect their wishes as such decision will have your safety and other group members in mind.

 

By paying to attend an event and by paying for a DSG VIP one off membership shows you acknowledge and agree with this disclaimer. You can ONLY attend an event by agreeing with this disclaimer. If you don't acknowledge or agree with this disclaimer, then you are not permitted to come to any of the events and subsequently must leave the group.

 

Membership:

 

To join DSG VIP, members are required to pay a small one off payment for membership of £12 for the year. This is not a rolling subscription. This allows members to have cheaper ticket prices for the events and priority. Should you wish to have a full refund, this can be done within 14 days of purchase. After this, the payment is non-refundable.

 

When members purchase a ticket, once paid this is non-refundable.
